We dispatch every order from our Barcelona fulfilment hub within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. All parcels ship fully tracked with signature on delivery for orders over €150.
Duties & taxes
Orders within the EU include all duties and VAT. Non-EU customers may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon delivery — these are set by your country's customs authority and are outside our control.
Address changes & issues
If you need to change your delivery address, contact hello@velou.com within 2 hours of ordering. Once your order has shipped we can't redirect it.
Parcel not arrived within the stated window? Reach out — we'll investigate with the carrier and get it resolved within 48 hours.
